I definitely recommend Jim.  It has been fantastic. Jim Cavin is a phenomenal trainer; he provides excellent coaching and has been able to diagnose and correct issues that had prevented me from making further progress.  As a result of training at with Jim, my core strength has dramatically increased, my form and technique on heavy lifts has improved, and I’ve seen noticeable gains on my heavy lifts such as squat & deadlift along with improvements on my speed and agility. All of the sessions have been both challenging and fun and it is always a friendly atmosphere.
